OREGON CITY YOUTH SPORTS

Youth Recreational Sports Mission

is to provide a fun learning experience for young athletes. Teams are formed considering many priorities including attendance area, grade level, amount of youth that wish to participate, facility availability, and coach availability. Similar considerations are made when determining practice times and locations. It is important to know that practices and games can occur at any of our OCSD facilities. Please take time to read our coach & buddy request information. If you have a special consideration please submit it via email prior to the start of the season. These requests will be considered, but may not be granted.

Coach & Buddy Request Policy: Please follow this link if you have questions about our coach and buddy request policy.

Refund Policy: Complete refunds or credits are given if enrollment is too low to support the formation of another team. If you choose to withdraw from a team, a full refund will be made as long as the request is made prior to the first practice. Requests after the first day of practice will be given in the amount of $75 per youth. No refunds are issued after 3 Saturday games. Some hardship exceptions apply and are at the discretion of the Community Education Department. Most refunds are issued as a credit to the credit card on file or mailed. The refund process may take up to two weeks. Contact our business office for a refund. 503-785-8035 ext 0 or email occe@orecity.k12.or.us
